Pacific Office Supplies are an independent stationery supplier who distributes products in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast region.  With live integration to Retail Manager, the online store significantly improves productivity and submits orders directly into MYOB Retail Manager without user intervention. The default search profile was configured to provide All Word ranked searching across the product code and description.  This provided much greater search accuracy for Pacific customers. 

Emergency Office Supplies (previously Hotline Stationary) is a member of ASA Australia. Customers use the online store to browse their extensive catalogue, place orders and view live account information sourced through the real-time link to Micronet.  Emergency Office Supplies required an eCommerce solution that could handle their complex business requirements including volume discount and contract pricing, live add-to-cart backorder checking, purchaser/manager approvals and most recently setting instructions against items when adding them to cart.  At the moment, Emergency Office Supplies online business is doubling every twelve months.

Model Engines are one of Australia's largest radio control toys and hobby wholesaler stocking several thousand products.  Public visitors can browse their content managed website catalogue whilst Retailers use their online store to research new products, browse the catalogue, check stock availability, place orders and view live account information. 

Most recently, we have implemented the Dropshipment module which enables Model Engine customers to have the order shipped to their customer.  The permission system has been configured so that Model Engines can control which products are allowed for Dropshipment and only allow credit card payments for such orders.

Torstar are one of Australia's largest independent stationers.  Their online store comprises over 5000 of stocked lines.  The website design balances a smart impressive corporate feel with a young dynamic edginess that suitable attracts different target audiences.  Torstar have created their own specialised product flags for different product segments, most notably environmental friendly products.  As most customers are commercial and savvy, the online store packs in the functionality through the fast and efficient B2B user interface.

Synergy is a group of fastener distributors who supply construction products to the construction, automotive and engineering industries. Taking on the challenge of a massive inventory of over 100,000 products and a complex 4 level category tree, the online store remains fast and effective for end users. The system has been configured so that each individual member company's website will be linked into a national umbrella website using the franchise/multi-store module. This will facilitate national customer acquisition via an automatic regional allocation of prospects. Online orders are also posted to debtor assigned warehouses within each member company.
 

Rudducks have been established for over 100 years and supply over 10000 pet and pet care products to large retailers, pet shops and veterinary clinics.  The Rudducks website allows the general public to browse their catalogue with pricing, stock and ordering functions disabled.  The B2B Online Store allows retailer customers to login, browse and order products based on individual negotiated terms and pricing. 

Rudducks required an eCommerce solution that could steer the customer to different payment gateways linked to different accounts depending on the debtor status.  This was accomplished through the method of payment rules configured in the accounting system and online store.

BGC are one of Australia's largest suppliers of building products.  BGC's plasterboard division provides an online store enabling regional customers to post orders online.
