Live functionality

Everytime a customer adds a product to their basket, our software instantly communicates with Micronet and re-checks that the product exists, it's in stock and displays the current price for that debtor, i.e. Price Level B ... so no double entry, manual processing or wrong orders, ever!

Our software also allows your customers to view their own current account balance, reprint and view transaction history, orders, back-orders, invoices, payments & credits all live from Micronet. They can even pay outstanding invoices via credit card (if module purchased).

All orders are submitted directly into Micronet as picking slips

The software continues to operate if your Micronet server is Offline. This means that if your internet connectivity or server becomes disconnected, your Online Store will automatically switch to offline mode and continue to function normally. When your internet is back up, the Online Store will switch back to Online mode and resume live communications.
