GLENN DREW- Managing Director (BCS)
Glenn Drew founded eSITE.CONNECT in 2001 and has spent the last 7 years working with his team in developing eSITE.CONNECT's highly modular and flexible eCommerce technology platform integrated into mainstream accounting systems. His primary focus is to help SMEs integrate eCommerce into their business and realise the enormous process efficiencies, sales opportunities and customer satisfaction gains made possible through a Live eCommerce conduit.
Glenn works closely with his team and ensures that eSITE.CONNECT remains a friendly, fast and productive environment in order to continue releasing outstanding yet cost effective eCommerce innovations for all types of SME distributors. Glenn is committed to balancing hard work with recreation. He has no time for politics and ensures the company remains focused on delivering solutions at the forefront of the eCommerce space.
With the finger on the pulse in all areas, Glenn's focus for 2008 is to work closely with his team to launch eSITE.CONNECT's new revolutionary TOTECS4 platform to the world.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Melbourne University.
BELINDA WALSH - Production Manager (BE(SoftEng))
Belinda joined eSITE.CONNECT in March 2006. Belinda is responsible for all production and implementation activities. With a solid background in Software Engineering, Belinda's technical expertise and project management skills underpin this pivotal role. Her devotion to customer service coupled with her abilities to achieve outstanding results and think outside the square ensures eSITE.CONNECT customers receive the best possible eCommerce solution for their business. During 2007, Belinda worked tirelessly with our RnD team in rebuilding our eCommerce software platform (TOTECS 4). Her ongoing contributions fall at every level from Wiki documentation to functionality, design, innovation and production rollout.
KLODIANA HASANKI - Website & Multimedia Graphic Designer (BMSD)
Klodiana joined eSITE.CONNECT in February 2007. With an extensive background in digital and multimedia design and a keen eye for detail, Klodiana's creative talent continually delivers outstanding results for eSITE.CONNECT customers. During 2007, Klodiana was instrumental in designing the new interfaces for our TOTECS4 platform. Her creativity is reflected in the refined interface and help centre layouts. She has worked closely with our team to develop a framework that incorporates flexibility yet remains functional and attractive.

ROWAN DREW - Content and Multimedia Software Developer (BMSD)
Rowan joined eSITE.CONNECT in 2004. Whilst studying, Rowan has developed many of eSITE.CONNECT's core eCommerce technologies. Recently, Rowan has dedicated his efforts on developing the next generation of our highly flexible content management system. Coupled with his technical expertise, Rowan's extensive experience with multimedia technology will be explored in future eCommerce software initiatives.
PAUL MURATORE - Technical Solution Developer (BE(SoftEng), BSc)
Paul joined eSITE.CONNECT in 2005. Paul is involved in all aspects of the development of eSITE.CONNECT software from design to final testing and delivery. With a combination of software engineering and science training coupled with a keen eye for detail, Paul continually contributes outstanding features and functions into the eSITE.CONNECT product mix. Paul's contribution to TOTECS4 has also been significant. He has implemented feature rich administration facilities and various product modules.
AMANDA STIELOW Communications Manager (BA Comms)
Amanda joined eSITECONNECT in October 2008. Amanda is responsible for all Sales Processes, Marketing Plans and Public Relations activity. With 20 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and Business Planning Amanda brings all her skills to the table to put eSITECONNECT on the commercial map! Amanda is busy expanding the company and goes about this with the energy and vigour that is needed for the most recent member of the eSITECONNECT family.
JULIE WATSON - Customer Services Manager (BA)
Julie joined eSITE.CONNECT in 2007. Julie is responsible for all account and finance activities. Julie brings a wealth of expertise in accounting and general business finance.
SAMUEL FAHNLE - Administration
Sam Fahnle started part-time with eSITE.CONNECT in June 2008 whilst finishing his degree. Upon graduation (from a double degree) – Bachelor of Technology (Aviation) and Bachelor of Business Management in late 2008, Sam started fulltime as our Administrator Co-ordinator. In a short period Sam has become an integral part of the eSITE.CONNECT team. Our main organizer and communicator, Sam has taken on various roles including PA to the Managing Director, Reception, Sales Co-ordinator and much more. Sam has his commercial pilot’s license and plans to travel Europe in 2010.
