Live eCommerce Lightens the Load
Your accounts department will be delighted with a Live eCommerce Online Store and the optional Live Account Enquiry module. Both are packed with features that will save time and allow customers to help themselves with account related enquiries.
The Online Store allows customers to pay online via credit card or on account. Direct deposit and BPAY facilities are coming soon. Customer payment methods are controlled in your accounting/distribution system.
This means that customers can be given the ability to pay for their online orders by credit card via our payment gateway. The payment gateway will transfer the money from customer's credit card into your nominated bank account prior to the order being accepted and posted.
The optional Live eCommerce Account Enquiry Module goes much further and will delight your accounts department and customers alike. The module uses the Live link to securely retrieve up-to-the-minute information sourced directly from your accounting system and allows customers to:
- Check their account On-Hold status.

- Review and Pay outstanding invoices online via credit card and direct deposit. (BPAY coming soon)
- Review their account transaction history.
- Review and print invoices, payment, credits.
- Check the status, review and print of current orders and back orders (if applicable).

Avoid Following Up Overdue Accounts

With the Live eCommerce Account Enquiry Module enabled, the online store can be configured to advise or cease the ordering process if the customer's account is On Hold. This will encourage customers to resolve their account at a point of need and hopefully prior to a phone call from the accounts department.
Should the customer wish to follow up their account history, your accounts personnel can refer the customer to the Online Store to review their account. This not only saves time for your accounts personnel but encourages the customer to manage their account status online.
Let Customers Reprint their Own Invoices
Many accounts departments become swamped with invoice reprint requests as they go about following up outstanding debt. Either that or the customer has misplaced it or needs to seek clarification. This can be a time consuming process particularly if the customer would like a fax copy of the invoice.
The Live eCommerce Account Enquiry Modules will enable your customer to review their account online. The facility allows them to search for invoices, payments and credits, view them on the screen and optionally print a hard copy. It's a Win-Win for your accounts department and customers alike.

Customers Pay Outstanding Invoices
Once your customer has checked their account online using the Live eCommerce Account Enquiry Module, they can review their outstanding invoices and make a consolidated payment online. For some accounting systems, the payments are posted Live and applied against the nominated invoices. A confirmation email is sent to the accounts department for all online payments.
The payment facility currently supports Live Credit Card payment and Direct Deposit payment options. BPAY will be coming soon.

Reduce Inbound Phonecalls

Both the Live eCommerce Online Store and Account Enquiry module will reduce the amount of inbound phone calls received by your accounts department which occupies valuable time and resources.
Furthermore, your customers are empowered to pay for orders, check their account status and search their complete account history at their leisure.
